Greetings! I’m Tommy Day and I created Pixar Fanboy to celebrate my favorite animation studio and to build a community of self-proclaimed Pixar Fanboys and Fangirls.
I am from Indianapolis, Indiana, I’m a web designer, a husband, a geek, a musician, a wannabe filmmaker, and a blogger. In addition to Pixar Fanboy, I also run the following blogs:
- Saturday Morning Central – My first blog, SMC is a site guaranteed to keep you young forever, focusing on the fun things in life (especially from our childhoods) like toys, cartoons, pop culture, etc.
- Animation on Blu-ray – Animation on Blu-ray is the first website devoted to the topic, and provides news, reviews, and a complete release schedule and database of all animated Blu-ray titles.
I’ve loved Pixar ever since my cousin and I saw Toy Story in our tiny, local theater when we were ten years old back in 1995. I’ve always admired their dedication to the art of storytelling, and sincerely think they produce Hollywood’s best films.
